Delicious and natural risotto rice of the Carnaroli variety. The rice is harvested by a family-run company for several generations in Piemonte in northern Italy. Carnaroli rice is absolutely the best quality for risotto, and gives a creamy texture with an "al dente" bite. GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE / NO ADDITIVES / VEGAN.
