General Information
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the sale of products on the website www.liegourmet.com, owned and maintained by Lie Gourmet ApS, Klapskovvej 15, DK-8382 Hinnerup, VAT no. DK36705647. Requests for information should be made to info@liegourmet.com.
Ordering
The Lie Gourmet online store is open 24 hours a day. The website might temporarily be down for maintenance.
Payment
Lie Gourmet ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped. No credit card fees are charged by us. All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: EURO (EUR)
Lie Gourmet ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
Delivery and Shipment
Lie Gourmet offers free freight on all orders above 90 € in all EU countries. The shipping cost for orders below 90 € depends on the shipping country. The amount will appear in check out and is between 11,90 - 14,90 €. The delivery time for your order is 3-5 working days. Lie Gourmet ApS uses GLS - Private for shipment of your ordered items. Lie Gourmet ApS is not responsible for any shipping delays. Your order is for most countries shipped to your home address or to the nearest package shop (only possible for some countries). You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
No right of refund is granted on food products purchased in our webshop, as the product is of such a nature that, under Danish law, the right of return cannot or should not be granted. All nonfood products, we accept a 14 days return right of your purchase if the product is in the exact same condition as at reception.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in material and fabrication. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Lie Gourmet ApS in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 2 weeks as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system, drop-off points or collection points. Also we are not responsible for items lost in shipping when returned.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with LIE GOURMET ApS, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Lie Gourmet ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why. The director and employees for Lie Gourmet ApS have access to the information recorded about you.
The data responsible in Lie Gourmet ApS is: Caroline L. Korsgaard. We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with LIE GOURMET ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact info@liegourmet.com .

On www.liegourmet.com, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website, and its functionality, making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.
Log Statistics
We use log statistics at www.liegourmet.com, which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more. The Log statistic is only used with the purpose to improve LIE GOURMET ApS's website.
