Serves 2
600 g potatoes (peeled and cut into boats)
3 tbsp. Olive oil. (Try olive oil with basil for extra flavor)
1 tsp. spice blend eg. spice blend for red meat or spice blend for vegetables/salads
Fleur de sel
- Heat oven to 180 degrees
- Peel potatoes and cut them into boats
- Mix oil and spices and fold the potatoes in the mix.
- Bake for approximately for 45 minutes. Flipping the potatoes occasionally.
- Sprinkle with fleur de sel
