HOMEMADE FRENCH FRIES

Serves 2 

600 g potatoes (peeled and cut into boats)
3 tbsp. Olive oil. (Try olive oil with basil for extra flavor)
1 tsp. spice blend eg. spice blend for red meat or spice blend for vegetables/salads
Fleur de sel

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Peel potatoes and cut them into boats
  3. Mix oil and spices and fold the potatoes in the mix.
  4. Bake for approximately for 45 minutes. Flipping the potatoes occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle with fleur de sel
  6. Bon appétit!
