FUDGY BROWNIE WITH ROSE PETALS

 

20 pieces

150 g baker's chocolate
250 g butter
3 dl sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2½ dl flour
Dried rose petals
Sugar with raspberry
Fresh blueberries
    1.  Melt butter and chocolate and let it cool.
    2. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Carefully adding flour and cocoa powder.
    3. Add the melted chocolate/butter.
    4. Pour the mix into a baking pan (20x20 cm) and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool.
    5. Decorate with dried rose petals, raspberry sugar and fresh berries.
